Embracing Life After Retirement – My Interview

I’m Beyond Thrilled – My interview on Embracing Life After Retirement is now available on-line!

This week my first interview with Sixty and Me, on embracing life after retirement, was published on the Sixty and Me Website.  I am so thrilled that Sixty and Me wanted me to share my retirement experience with others.  Sharing and helping others is so important to me as I want everyone to enjoy the present, look forward to the future as they make the most out of every single day.  And the best is that there are more interviews coming in the next few weeks.

FullSizeRender-4The interviews were taped a while back, here at my home on Koh Lanta.  As luck would have it, there were a series of power outages during the taping.  Of course we had no idea that this would happen, and being optimistic, we just kept going hoping that the few outages were a random occurrence.  We were so wrong, the outages continued pretty steadily for over an hour and we had to reschedule our taping.

Margaret, the interviewer, and I actually had a lot of fun, and there was a whole lot of laughter every time we re-connected.  I can see in the interview that I’m holding back from laughing as I’m anticipating another outage.  Checked out the article I wrote on this interview, found here on my Website in the Lifestyle Section, or click here to access it.

I also have my own writer’s page on the Sixty and Me Website that contains all the articles and interviews I’ve done with them.  The topics include: the benefits of Yoga, how to start running, embracing life, retiring abroad, social media, staying healthy as well as exploring uncertainty, reflection, having a positive attitude and more….

And absolutely, check out my interview on Embracing Life After Retirement, it’s 8 minutes well spent.  When you’ve watched it I’d love to hear what you think, and how you are handling, or going to handle, your retirement.

It’s all good!
