The Power of Yoga – My Interview

I’mThrilled – My interview on the Power of Yoga is now available on-line!

This week my forth interview with Sixty and Me, on The Power of Gentle Yoga, was published on the Sixty and Me Website.  I was extremely excited to do this interview as I do want to share my experience with others.  I chuckle at the title, One Woman’s Surprising Story, as for me it isn’t surprising, it true.  This interview is really good, and I do believe that it truly gets the point across – not just about yoga, but about mindfulness and how we can use yoga each day to help us reduce stress, stay focused, and enjoy our lives.

FullSizeRender-4All the interviews were taped here at my home on Koh Lanta.  As luck would have it, there were a series of power outages during the taping.  Of course we had no idea that this would continually happen, and being optimistic, we just kept going hoping that the few outages were a random occurrence.  We were so wrong as the outages continued steadily for over an hour.  We realized that we had to stop and reschedule for another day.  This particular interview was planned during the first taping, but not actually recorded until the second taping, when fortunately the power was strong and steady.

The quality of this interview is much like the one on retiring in Thailand.  The audio is good and the video is only blurry in a few spots.  I appear to be quite relaxed, which I was.  By the time we did this interview I was enjoying the nice rhythm that  Margaret and I had going.  I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with her about how yoga is contributing to my well being and happiness.

Check out the article I wrote on doing the interviews, found here on my Website in the Lifestyle Section, or click here to access it.

To check out this third interview click on The Power of Yoga, it’s 8 minutes well spent.  I’d love to hear what you think of it.

It’s all good!
