Sixty and Me is a community devoted to older women’s issues, interests, and so much more. It was started by Margaret Manning over 15 years ago for her to explore life after 60 with articles and features from her travels.
Now Sixty and Me is a community of almost 300,000 and growing. They post on all social media platforms, and have sign ups for a daily newsletter of relevant articles, daily videos from Margaret herself, shopping, games, a huge archive of all Sixty and Me articles. They also offers a few Sixty and Me trips each year, with Margaret hosting the group. In the recent years they have started memberships through the Patreon Creative Community, where for a few dollars a month, there is access to more newsletters, additional video options, special events with Margaret, and other features throughout the year.
